Here you go, on the left is the original rough sketch. I see the problems you described but not with the shoulder girdle and head. Head's meant to be looking to the side moreso than in the direction of her body, and the shoulder seems fine to me. Maybe it's because the skeleton I just outlined doesn't match up perfectly to the contours around the ribcage. I'll redo some of the linework and post it.
