in hindsight, this paintover probably useless
i wouldn't say your main problems are lines, the proportions are what i noticed the most. admittedly, i'm quite shit at them myself so all i can really say is make the head smaller and the hips bigger. you're probably reluctant to change anything massively at this stage, just screenshot it and fuck around with the transform tool, it might change your mind
aside from that, a few things: there isn't a hard line between the ribs and the tits, at least not with the kind you're trying to draw. there also isn't a shadow between them like that.
in regards to colour, just make the face red instead of that pink anime blush thing you've got going on. or don't, i'm not your boss
