if the human mind is the same thing as the brain, then all of the qualities in the mind should possess all the same qualities of the brain.

This is very obviously not the case, thoughts don't weigh anything, because thoughts aren't a physical object. It's like information, "where something is" isn't made of matter or energy, and neither is the mind. The mind is clearly a separate thing (or substance) from the brain.

There is no region of the brain that unifies human experience. No place of unified electrical traffic. Also, split brain patients still have a unified sensory experience in spite of the split, which is odd when you think about it. If the mind is physical, what should happen to a split brain patient (where half his brain is unable to communicate with the other half), is 1 half should shut down, or there should emerge 2 consciousnesses that don't talk to one another, however what we find is that split brain patients still have a unified sensory experience, and live surprisingly normal lives.

When a normal person is shown 2 stimulus one after another, there is a delay before you acknowledge the second stimulus, as you are still processing the first. When given a stimulus in the left eye and then right eye for split, meaning the stimulus goes to both sides of a split brain patient's brain in short succession, this same delay still occurs. How is that possible? If the brain is split, then both sides should run independently to one another, and not somehow be encumbered when something to the other side that it isn't even connected to. This delay still occurs because even while we aren't unified in the brain, we are still unified in the mind, because the mind is not the brain - it isn't even physical.
