My early retirement plan
Currently earning $100K/yr, with $200K savings/investments.
>Can buy a $80K Apartment every year
>8% net returns, 6.4k/yr (~$500/mo)
So in 4-5yrs, I might be able to retire... Or maybe it's cope.
