you did a presentation of a character, as if we are looking at him straight on. The pose is stiff, you can avoid that by drawing a gesture line through the whole body. Proportions / anatomy / perspective, that's what you should focus on

drew this today, used yoshitaka amanos drawing as a reference, added the snake crown. I like the idea so far
