you're talking about the fat and curve in muscles that's located between the neck and the jaw bone right? if so, it wasn't included as the jaw in this style is too angled and extended,to show any noticeable droop with the simplified anatomy that is kill la kill. the line would be reduced to a slight curve where the neck meets the jaw. which i believe you can see in the original reference itself. If it's not the things I've circled in the diagram, please label what you're talking about
