Overall good job. I think it's a good step in the right direction. But your proportions are suffering too frequently.

Be sure to use angles and true verticals and horizontals to check whether points along an image line up. For instance, the tip of the nose is too low in relation to Misty's right lower eyelid. The placement of the ear is correct in it's vertical placement. Her cheek also needs to be lowered.
