I think my goal's achievable. I'm in STEM, so I'd consider myself to have 'made it' once I can produce drawings like these (next post) and get the occasional commissions here and there. 5 more years to reach my target level doesn't sound too absurd. I've already had a few who asked if I accept commissions (which I have declined as the quality of my drawings so far are inconsistent and still not that good imo); so I think I have a small potential audience out there.
