Your use of colour is actually really nice, rendering style is fairly mature also but man do you need to read up on perspective AND anatomy BADLY. This girl looks like a quarter-downs Elvis right now.

I've done a redline to illustrate the main changes that need to be made. Although, somewhat hypocritically, the anatomy isn't perfect but will hopefully give you some idea on where you're going wrong.
