It's not my intention to brag by showing any of that by the way, just that I'm not a liar. I spent half of my savings in one year on extra time off at work (and other things) trying to lift myself up to a respectable level in art-but I've failed quite spectacularly so far. I will likely be more or less broke by the end of the year. same as anyone else on this board that doesn't crosspost from /biz/. I'd like to believe that I'll have improved by that time to have made sacrificing a lifetime worth of menial wage earner savings worth it but to be honest if 2017-2018 is any indication the outlook isn't good.
