This does not have the same merger of human/animal facial dimensions as the 2D character that was posted. It's also a fan model. The actual Judy Hopps model from Disney is even further away from having any human facial features because they don't try to give it a defined jawline.
In the drawing the muzzle is suggested with a bit of shadow(that doesn't even make a huge amount of logical sense, but in a way you can ignore), in 3D it has to be a complete shape that connects to the jawline and cheekbones in some way. In 3D, that shape is going to look *weird*.

Main thing that stands out is that the nose seems like it's pushed too low/the bridge of the nose is angled down too low. It's a bit concave. I'd bring it up a bit and see if that's enough.
Honestly, though, I don't think the model looks repulsive. Visibly a bit odd around the muzzle area, yeah, but I wouldn't sweat it too much.
