I've been working on drawing anime shit for a while now, but I'm not sure how to get good line quality in my final inking. I'm also not sure how to achieve a decent watercolor look for coloring (I really like the light color wash + ink hatching look).

Anyone have tips or tutorials for getting quality inking and digital watercolor? Or how to get a nice paper texture for my images? Pic related for kind of the style I want to achieve.
