You don't really need to memorize the musculature and the skeleton thoroughly. You only need the basic gist of it. What you need to know is how the muscles look in 3d and how they are connected. I recommend this book

Well aside from being healthy by exercising, having enough sleep and eating right, there's really not much you can do to better concentrate, unless you take some sort of meds. Just sit down and force your brain through it. I'd say break your hours into 25 min drawing sessions followed by 5 min rest period. And don't be so rigid about learning. Spend some time drawing what you want to draw. Doing it lifelessly like a robot is a quick way to burn out. Why not have some fun along the way.
