Is the Intuos 4 a good option?

I have collected a lot of tablets over the past few years since I graduated and found a job.
I've got a 12 inch iPad pro, Surface Pro 6, Wacom Cintiq 16, Cintiq 22hd, a Samsung Tablet with S Pen, and the Gaomon screened drawing tablet.

Despite having all of that I stick with an Intuos Pro Medium and i'm OK with it.

For years I stuck with an Intuos 4 Medium (pic related) and a shitty bulky Asus laptop. I grinded on that thing day-in-day-out.
Then I graduated and got a good paying IT job. I told myself I was going to upgrade my PC and get a big ass cintiq after I sell my Intuos 4 and retire my laptop.

Not a day has passed where I don't regret that. I really miss my old setup. It's what I was used to, it was what worked best for me, it was where I did some of my best work that I think back fondly on.
I really regret it, and cannot for the life of me get used to drawing on a screen no matter how long I force myself to do it. So i'm just trying to cope with this newer Intuos despite them being not as good imo.
