Why does it bother you? Besides its part of the anime style, your brain is supposed to realize what the features all resemble when you view it as a whole, realize where the depth is where the nose is even if its just a line or dot suggesting its placement and you're not supposed to overthink it too much- at the same time don't expect to see the realistic human face because the anime style is all about simplifying it

I tend to prefer anime with a bit more defined nose and lips and features though
