You get less stiff with time. You slowly get better at recognizing what looks off and tackling it. All of these are subtle, from the looks of it, especially the face, you are going the right way. keep it up
Forgive me for the lack of digits on the fix, I am going to be animating for the next few days, I refuse to get carpel tunnel from drawing fingers with a mouse.
The stiffest individual parts for her would be her right arm, our left, and her feet. technically, they are not wrong, but they do not fit the body they were drawn on the way they were drawn. I think the feet are slightly too big, girls especially have smaller feet. they also don't really git with the body, her torso is moving around in a very flowey way but her feet don't match that at all.
If you look on the right most diagram you can start seeing the biggest anatomy issues right away
There are problems with some of the connections on portions of the body and the legs not being matching sizes

>I tweaked where her left arm connects to the body to fit with the torso
>you drew her labia connected to her spine, I moved it up to match the torso
>changed her right arm to match the pose
>made her feet paddle to match the pose

a few notes: You should consider at this extreme of a lighting putting lighting details on the nose, otherwise it looks like her face is flat.
you should also examine her left arm and leg (our right), some of the shadows and highlights are done in a way that flattens or gives weird shapes to the form.
Your biggest mistakes is multiplying shadows. the gold and drapery cast another shadow on all the objects instead of receding into the painted shadows, which opposes the way it would in nature.
If you put two books infront of a flash light it won't make the resulting shadow darker.
The squish on the breast and tummy are really nice.
