Here's some examples of the brushes in mypaint. I find a lot of them are perfect once you increase the opacity of them. These brushes still have a blend function with them but not overly aggressive like with the default Krita wet brushes in >>3251259

The Krita brushes just make it look super smugly.

I still find it a little too confusing to edit existing brushes. That dialog seems more like if you want to create new brushes.

Unrelated but I think I'm starting to understand how people use construction to draw from imagination. The drawing in pic related in a piece of shit but now things are starting to "click" more.

I feel like If I keep studying perspective + do daily gesture drawings + study the Vilppu drawing manual + study the loomis figure drawing book + life drawing, I'll really improve by the end of the year.
