Looks spot on, I would say you lost a bit of the angular face shape, making it look softer (might be also the effect of soft values contrasting with the hard shapes). The jawline is where I see most of the differences. The eyes also look less menacing on yours.
They are very subtle differences though. The shirt shadow values I feel should be darker or maybe the light values lighter? Lacks contrast there, looks kind of flat. I don't like personally those hair highlights but the ref has them about the same so lol, can't judge.
I think you are doing well nonetheless, I would do a worse job.
