You are asking for alot, somebody would have to be insane to do that for free, if you wanted something of that quality, based off my own commisions experience I'd charge £40 for each static so 40 x 20 = 800 so unless you have a lot of cash to throw about another idea would be to learn to do it yourself and make it a long term project. Or see if you have any skilled friends willing to help you.

Ok. Let me elaborate on why "shit" is a good analogy.

Eating shit:
1. takes some skill to do it without throwing up
2. emberasing
3. disproves some random faggot's point
4. can be done quickly

Tracing:
1. takes some skill (those values are nice I guess!)
2. emberassing (it's pretty sad for a self-respecting artist to just sit there and trace a goddamn celebrity photo)

4. takes 4-10 hours to do

..oh wait. Looks like tracing is an exaggerated analogy for shit eating and not vice-versa.
