This image is for you, anon. You're still learning to draw what you see. Just keep practicing the way you are and you'll improve.

Almost every single measurement is off somehow. Angle of the hip down to the ass, distance between bottom of shirt to top of panties and most notably the negative space formed between the inside of her arm and her back. And that isn't even the half of it.

I understand this is "painting" practice (and practice is good) but it's all symbol drawn. Without a good underlying sketch (at this stage in your art life. your process may change in the future when you get better) the painting will never be good. I recommend you read Keys to Drawing (or right side if you're into that) or at the very least watch/read something regarding accuracy and focus on getting measurements right before polishing a turd.

There's not much to critique since it's pretty bottom of the barrel. Literally everything is symbol drawn, but that's to be expected. Since you're on day 1 drapery shouldn't even be at the top of your list.

I'm not sure how seriously you take art, but in any case, the way to go from here is to give the sticky a read and absorb what it tells you. After doing that and giving things like Keys to Drawing (or possibly Drawabox) a go-through, you'll really know if drawing is what you want to do or not. The art grind is hellish and unforgiving at times, so there's no better time to get started than now. Godspeed.

I forced myself to do Drawabox up until the "cube sphere" thingy just because it looked cool, but I don't feel like his method of teaching is OK for everybody.
Other than that, I just draw faces from refs and have fun, I post them here for crit when I'm done or when I need some tips.
Tip by tip you get a nice collection of Dos and Don'ts.
Also, pic related helped a lot.

Cubes, I guess.
Go through Drawabox's 1st lesson, it teaches about ghosting lines, which I found very helpful, and some easy perspective fundamentals with vanishing points and stuff.

you're not drawing trees, a river, or a mountain

you're drawing what you think are trees, rivers, and mountains

its not exactly necessary. But at yuour level any amount of drawing in any retrospective way is gonna lead to improvement .However, it is a good exercise in understanding how to draw wht you see.
I'm guessing you made the mistake of not drawing the thing upright first. Had you done that you might have understood the comparison between both ways of thinking. OIne in which you think about it in symbols, the other in which you think of it in angles. Y

you may also try it like pic related.

in this episode of things I didn't read, the sticky:

"Eyelashes do not go upwards: The most common piece of symbol drawing is found in the eyes. Often times, people put eyelashes directly up/down, however, it should be noted that eyelashes actually go outwards. They do not go towards the side (this is an illusion caused by having a round surface, so things in the distance have more opportunities to stick out and take space. Don’t believe me? Look at an eye in profile. All going the same direction, and it’s not upwards. All upward-ness is caused by the make-up mascara whores exaggerating their upwards tilt. Also, fucking clump your eyelash strands together you degenerate."
