Can anyone recommend any simple shading/volume tutorials for Krita?

Been practising with it but I don't really know my way around all the tools.

Still plagued by chicken scratching. Really trying to break out of the habit but my inability to draw a straight/nonwonky line disheartens me and I revert back to scratching. Also fuck hair. Trying to place the shit is confusing as hell. Trying to get a braided ponytail if it's not obvious.
