Honestly, at the first 20 minutes my drawings look as if I draw with my foot too. Then I redraw them almost pixel by pixel with "Line" / "Curved Line" / "Polygonal Line" instruments.
For better control I slow down the speed of the mouse.

My newest sketch for example - toy demon, which stretches children's hand (or trying to push him?)
