I wouldn't consider that discord, "/ic/'s " discord. It seems like a lot of people-- who actually use /ic/-- don't like it and would rather not be associated with it. Afterall it's more of a group from Tumblr/DeviantArt, and it's full of mediocre artist at best. You're better off finding your own group of art friends. I know there's a thread on here called "Art Buddy Thread" you could try there.
