My sister seems really burned out on art and I have no idea how to help her.

She's really popular as a webtoon artist and on Instagram with her illustrations, but she seems to have stagnated.
She comes to me to vent sometimes, and has been getting into a lot of hobbies unusual to her (makeup, shopping, restaurants) which she admits is just getting away from her burn out.

She's stressed because she's graduated and hasn't got a job yet; she sells her stuff at some cons, dies commissions, makes some pocket money from Patreon, but it's not real income.
She's got >100k followers but no money to show from it.

My parents have been worried about her and pushing her to find a job and she keeps stressing the fuck out.
I have no idea what to do for her besides listen
