I take it you know you need to work on naturalizing your style and making it look good (I mean that in addition to fundamental studies.). It looks like you referenced a drawing or anime screencap rather than a photo or model, which makes it feel stiff.

But, to really go for the Korean moe feel, definitely bring up the brightness to some of the hair shinies, use a softer brush for your lines, and put some filters over that puppy. Pic related should give you some inspiration.
