Can someone explain how the fuck my quality dips so much when tired?

Like I dunno why I can't seem to draw as well when it's tired and late. I am constantly angry that I can't draw properly and things look flat and way more off than I think they should look.
Like I recognize it looks wrong but I am imagining you guys calling it a symbol drawing which I think makes it worse or something.

I feel like I can't get the handle on the loomis method half of the time, think I just need to do more Loomis heads or something?

I notice also when I am tired I can't get the right width for things so they look way wider than they should.
