I know what you're looking at but it doesn't matter you screwed up because you don't actually know how the human body works. You don't actually know how necks work. You've got a pencil neck, just randomly attached the torso just tilting at an odd angle. The art you're referencing doesn't have the greatest of necks either, it's way too long, the other girls on that picture look fine but the particular one you close to imitate. Instead of referencing someone's LoL fanart you should look up photos of how real necks work.
Also the legs on your's are all kinds of screwed up look down at your legs and tell me if you have a gap that wide. You don't, even if you stand with your legs apart you don't.
Stop referencing someone else's work and actually learn the basics, after you've learned how basic anatomy works then you can build off of it and draw characters in more interesting poses. Read some art books and practice http://www.alexhays.com/loomis/Andrew%20Loomis%20-%20Fun%20WIth%20a%20Pencil.pdf http://www.alexhays.com/loomis/Loomis%20Figure%20Draw.pdf
It doesn't matter if you only want to draw in an animelike artstyle you still need to get the basics down then you can apply the stylistic features you are going for after that.
