this probably won't help you cuz it's really shiddy you'd probs be better of just copying anime hair, you'll get a feel for it eventually.

Learn some of the common "macro" structures. learn a few common patterns like the "sharks" I showed. git good at depth so you can make the hair seem outwards, learn it from a few different angles maybe. Try some tests where you connect all the hairs back to the same point.

Most of all just spend time figuring it out, observing, contemplating, working through it. Although maybe you already know all this.
