Sounds like you're being too precious over your art.
If you're drawing for practice, the result should be an afterthought anyway.
Try to stay focused on what you're doing but also enjoy the process.
And if in the end of the day you're still dissatisfied with the results you could just draw the same thing again, eventually you'll improve.
It's like being fat, going to the gym and getting demoralised cause you're not ripped after one day of exercise.
