Not him but I've got large tits and it's true that the nipples can move higher up the breast when you raise your arms as they're not secured to the actual breast tissue inside, they're attached to the skin. Similarly if you lie partially on your side the breast tissue rolls down onto your ribcage but your nipples will become situated on the side of your breast and point upwards towards the ceiling.

No, the problem with this is that the breasts aren't seperating in thy centre in accordance with gravity.
