Not him but from what I've heard, the Ipad pro will get you pretty good results. The tech it uses is quite different from what wacom uses but it allows them to get a really quick refresh rate, precise tracking and tilt detection. It should be comparable to a tablet. The other stuff like the Surface is usable but it doesn't have the right amount of pressure sensitivity and there is a slight bit of latency that you have to get used to.

I've seen a whole lot of pros using procreate on the ipad pro and they've all said good things about it so that's probably one of the best non-dedicated tablets out on the market atm.
