The right upper arm's length and abdomen should be forshortened. Adjust the forearm of the right hand, after you forshorten upper arm and abdomen. Study knees and vaginas; maybe hands too. Idk what you're trying to do with the shoulder girdle and nipples. The plane, the one outlined in red, should give you an idea of perspective.

I tried doing this pose irl, the top left image is the side view of what I saw in the mirror.
