i'm trying to familiarize myself with digital, but i really can't direct the pen for bold lines. They keep going everywhere and it's super painful when trying to line stuff. Do you have some useful exercises to work on more pen control? I don't have that many problems with a pencil.

Also i'm running on an old bamboo wacom that's like 7 yo, do dr. tablets deteriorate with time?
