draw a circle and consciously make sure you dont move your wrist
then try again and make sure you move neither your wrist or your elbow
at that point youre just drawing with your shoulder. Its a lot easier to make nice curves and circles once you practice drawing like this a little

picrel isnt anything amazing, but the top right circles were done with my wrist, and the bottom right four were done with my shoulder
