Line the body and the clothes/wings with the same type of linework. The bird wiongs are asymmetrical and also aren't anatomically accurate. Study up on bird wings a bit, they're just modified arms.

Are the hips supposed to be so wide? The fact that they are completely covered so you can't see the stuff underneath makes it look like one person's body pasted onto another's legs. If it's not a stylistic choice, make them proportional to the rest of the body. If it is, move the cloth so you can see the extension of the body into a hip more and see that it is stylistic.

The head is also very large and the legs quite short. The length from the top of the head to the pubic bone is approximately the length of the legs, and the feet would hang down below that.
