it only "learns" during the training process. and it does learn. what else do you think is happening? see this cat? you think the AI knows to put the reflections like that in that specific color because it has training images that fit? or do you think it has learned that reflections are required in water?

see, you don't even understand how SD works. the data is made out of images and descriptions, i.e. WORDS.

data is everthing. as a baby, you take in tons of data from all your senses to even to BEGIN to function normally.
as an artist, you have to look and practice through tons of images to be able to recreate them well. if you only ever saw a cat from the front and never from the back. how would you learn to draw the cat from the back?
you'd have to see it from the back. you NEED the visuals, the data to complete your own knowledge base.

you, as a human, without seeing a cat from the back, you'd never be able to recreate a cat from the back either.

but i'm starting to think this point is far to high concept for you retards. even though it's simple.
