I might have spoke too soon, it's working okay in photoshop, but it's doing this in both Krita and ToonBoom. This was literally never a problem for me in the recent past so I'm kind of at a loss of where this came from. I know lately Krita manually asks what your desktop resolution is (which is annoying and not something it needed to do a few releases ago), but it hasn't been prompting me now all of the sudden.
