Well it doesn't recognize what a "pair of scissors" are because it's not trained to "understand" object. It doesn't even understand the prompt which is actually converted to usable code by the AI through an interpreter (CLIP).
Its why the AI cant get text right because has literally no understanding of what language is. The AI only understands noise and relation to that noise that's it.
You be surprised that AI like GPT-3 is actually more resource intensive than image generation.
