These are all pretty similar but have slightly different stuff on each site - they are pretty appealing public domain stock images of all sorts of random stuff.

Flickr is a massive library of images - many of which users just release into the public domain / creative commons. In the upper left, you can specify usage rights when you search. Key ones to search by are:
"No known copyright restrictions"
"US Govt works" (All US government images are public domain, FYI)
