Porn consumption also has a way of decaying that pliability, impede progress, and concentration. Most of the porn artists they idolize first built their fundamentals, then transferred into drawing porn.
As their work stands, they'll have to invest in a significant effort in fundamental shapes and basic anatomical construction.

Use Quickposes' "Timed Practice" section and do gesture drawings and long studies of full body poses, portraits, hands, feets, etc.

As for proportions for tough poses in perspective, I recommend studying Robert Beverley Hale's cranial unit method. A quick way to get used to the method is to draw a couple character turn arounds. Then, challenge yourself by doing another set in perspective.
