I'm still beg myself, but here's a few things I think are worth pointing out.
1. There is a weak underlying structure which makes the figure look awkward. For example, like the other anon pointed out, there should be more overlap between her breast and right arm. Consider the angle of her torso and how that effects the reveal of each shoulder and arm. It can sometimes help to establish a centerline in your construction.
2. Widening out the stance will make the figure look more confident and grounded.
3. Adding contrapposto with respect to her shoulders and hip is a very simple way to make the pose more natural and dynamic.
4. I increased the weapon size because I think it adds more visual interest and is cooler.
Kind of did my own thing with her right hand cuz hands are hard and I don't wanna spend that much time on it.
