But also as everyone else said, do exercises and take breaks. It wasn't my shoulder, but I had to force myself to take a week break a bit over a month ago since both my hands were in pain and drawing certainly wasn't helping it. Because of it I've since adopted stretches and hand/arm massages into my daily routine which have helped a lot despite being a time eater at times, and to me it sounds like you could benefit a lot from massaging your shoulder as well. Also proper sitting posture helps prevent it too, especially if you're a digital artist.
