/beg/ here as well but I get the feeling I have a good workflow going on. I usually start drawing around midnight and stop at anywhere from 6 to 9 am and my sketch is finished by that point. I don't measure minutes, I just dedicate my entire night to nailing down a sketch, that'll be my bread and butter for the next few days. 1 day for a sketch and cleaning up the lineart before going to sleep, and infinite days for editing and coloring it. The rendering part can take any amount of time, but it's usually 2 days.
While on college, well my classes are easy enough that I can sketch something on paper by the end of them. That means around 6 hours for a sketch.

This sketch here took my a night, like I said, it has to be solid enough so that you don't make many changes when rendering

Decided to draw a sketch to practice drawing sketches. Yeah. I think the shading looks decent as long as you don't zoom in too far.
