All that's left to make her perfectly feminine is:
1) To fix the upper lip, because a pronounced upper lip is a distinct feature of feminine characters. (A blush and puffy cheek would be good too.) Have this: https://design.tutsplus.com/articles/the-differences-between-male-and-female-portraits--vector-14954 Most well-defined anime styles take it into account at least when drawing profile views, pic related.
2) Make the neck rounder. Some article said that concave necks add to feminine looks while bulging necks add to masculinity. Contrary to the upper lip, this is often ignored in anime.
3) Maybe make the top of the hair rounder, but that depends on what you'd like to call lamia anatomy.

You can probably do without it though, she already doesn't look like a male anymore.
