/ic/ - Artwork/Critique

Hello. This is my first time posting on this board. I finished this drawing yesterday and was told that the neck/head were flat, mispositioned, pretty much flawed. What do you guys think? Since then I watched a tutorial on youtube by Proko and made a quick sketch of the head and tried by best to position it correctly. Does it look correct? All feedback is welcome.
