echo almost got TKO'd here, and I gotta say, ffs people do some work that you can call your own (you know who you are)

on a side note, doing this made me realize what a pain tier lists are to make
I just had to make a small judgment in compiling an already made tier lists, and the thought of making one myself isn't very tempting, like, people don't disclose what they're submitting (use of refs, copying etc) or are only doing lines/circles(heads/gestures/boxes
