Don't get discouraged anon. Faces are my one of my worst aspect while drawing. Go look at a bunch of your favourite artists and observe how they simplify the form of the face, this helps me at least. Good job on the legs and hands.

They're lacking defined angles. I like to simplify the fingers to just one bend mostly when I'm doing a more anime style, but you tend to have a shard angle on the upper side of the finger and a more pillowy shape on the under side of the finger. Post ref and I could do a redline maybe
