When I draw a face, I immediately come up with a background story for that character, anyone else does this?

For this one, Sister Jeanne, she is a nun in a small reclusive village, she has high moral standarts,high sense of duty and a big devotion towards the old deities. To the point that others perceive her as annoying.
Ironically, she has a bastard son at home whom she keeps secret from everyone else. They are poor and share a bed.
When her son thinks she is asleep, he slithers in his dick into her. He has done it so many times, he wonders whether she lets it happen because she secretly likes it or if she is too tired to wake up from it. He makes her moan, though. He is also worried that he'll get to that age where his semen could impregnate her.
