I didn't start drawing until I was 25 years old, and I have only been drawing for 2 years on and off very infrequently and ive been able to make decent progress by drawing every day and problem solving my weaknesses.

This was about of years difference between these two sketches. The first one was drawn while I was at work without reference, but I was still pretty bad back then.
