A: Pretty sure it's one of the same buttblasted kids as always.
B: They didn't say they didn't like. They said hate. I wasn't talking to who they actually are I was talking to what they said. People that feel the need to stress that they hate strangers are likely to fall into pretty specific psychographic profiles and I can just talk shit at that and it's often relatively accurate.

Not to mention that I don't pretend like I don't "project." That's all anyone is doing when they're yelling into the void anonymously. I talk to the clear underlying frustrations that people like Hungarian Ratface guy demonstrate constantly because I can often relate and emphasize with their faggy feelings.

I certainly don't dislike anyone that puts in work doing whatever they're into. And when I see people doing things similar to me that I may be "competing" with, I'm mainly just interested in seeing if I can learn stuff from looking at their work, while also reflecting on how I can be novel or unique etc.

In fact I don't necessarily "dislike" anyone. I may dislike how someone acts and give them shit about it but it's important to understand that essentially everyone thinks they're "the good guy." Very few people are actually driven to act out of pure malignancy or a sadistic desire to hurt others. They're generally acting out and around their own cognitive dissonance and frustration about their own situation, and externalizing it at others to feel marginally better about themselves. I can understand and emphasize with that impulse, and I generally just think that people that lash out would be more successful if they turn that loathing inward and use it as a rocket to propel themselves into doing work.

You're never really competing with anyone other than yourself.

It's a wash of gesso mixed with paint and water to generally get full canvas coverage. I was apparently not doing the background color wash on all of it first when I started on pic related. Like if I did that now I'd have fully covered the canvas in a brown wash or whatever first and then layer the basic colors of subjects on top of that so there isn't gaps between colors.

Well yeah. That's kind of a fundamental aspect of the series. It's kind of entirely focused on following attempts at analog reproduction of digital memes and freeze frames of reactions and stuff.

I'm producing a 3 hour experimental film that's buried in part 3 of a 10 part youtube how to paint series called "how to paint trump" that's tracking as I desperately avoid finishing any paintings for years while spiraling out and going insane for years under the pretense of trying to better understand Trump and what his hair means. I've been in production since January 2017, capturing timelapse footage of essentially everything I've worked on as well as progress pics and skits as my hair and beard have grown out and my workspaces have evolved and degraded while I cycled through different forms of drug and alcohol and self abuse through time and space. Plan is to then go back and shoot host on camera segments, starting with the end of episode 3 where I look like an lcd hobo in a bomb shelter, then episodes 4 through 7 with beard, then go back and slowly trim away beard for segments to be spliced into the stream of conscious timelapse stuff, then go back and shoot episodes 1 and 2 and the intro to 3 while clean shaven. As a goof. I'm also writing a book about the nature of the psychologically subversive active measures warfare being conducted against children by foreign antagonists as a result of the extensive amount of research I've done for the Trump project.

on the contrary I think it's been having a pretty interesting effect and can easily be marketed. People get excited at the idea of intentional dismemberment and death and stuff.
